Job Overview
We are looking for a motivated Junior Sales Executive to join our sales team in any one service area: Logo Design, Web Design, or eBook services. This role is ideal for fresh or early-career candidates who want to build a career in digital and creative sales with proper training and growth opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist senior sales staff in handling inbound and outbound leads
- Communicate with clients via calls, chats, and emails
- Understand client requirements and introduce relevant service packages
- Follow up with prospects to support deal closures
- Maintain basic lead and customer records
- Learn sales techniques, objection handling, and closing strategies
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth client handover
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Fresh or 0–1 year experience in sales or customer support
- Good English communication skills (spoken & written)
- Basic understanding or interest in Logo, Web Design, or eBook services
- Willingness to learn and grow in a sales role
- Confident, positive, and goal-oriented attitude
- Basic computer knowledge
Preferred (Bonus Skills)
- Call center or online sales exposure
- Knowledge of international clients or campaigns
- Interest in creative, digital, or publishing industries
