Front Sales Agent (Web Design)
Job Overview
We are looking for a Front Sales Agent to sell website design and development services to local and international clients. The ideal candidate is confident, target-driven, and skilled at converting leads into successful web design projects through calls, chats, and emails.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound sales calls related to web design services
- Understand client business needs and recommend suitable web design packages
- Pitch services such as business websites, eCommerce sites, landing pages, and redesigns
- Close deals and achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
- Follow up with leads to maximize conversions
- Maintain lead and sales data in CRM systems
- Coordinate with design and development teams for smooth project execution
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Front Sales / Call Center Sales Agent
- Excellent English communication and negotiation skills
- Experience selling web design or digital services (preferred)
- Strong closing skills and objection handling
- Goal-oriented with a professional sales attitude
- Basic computer and CRM knowledge
Preferred (Bonus Skills)
- Experience with international campaigns (US / UK / AU)
- Knowledge of WordPress, Shopify, or custom web solutions
- Upselling and cross-selling experience
