Job Overview
We are hiring a Front Sales Agent to sell professional logo design services to local and international clients. The ideal candidate is confident, persuasive, target-driven, and experienced in converting leads into sales through calls, chats, and emails.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound sales calls for logo design services
- Understand client branding needs and pitch suitable logo packages
- Close sales and achieve daily/monthly targets
- Follow up with potential clients to maximize conversions
- Maintain accurate records of leads and sales
- Coordinate with the design team for smooth project handover
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Experience as a Front Sales / Call Center Agent
- Strong English communication and sales skills
- Prior experience selling logo or digital services (preferred)
- Confident closer with objection-handling skills
- Goal-oriented and self-motivated
