Front Sales Agent (eBook Services)
Job Overview
We are hiring a Front Sales Agent to sell eBook-related services, including eBook writing, editing, formatting, publishing, and marketing. The ideal candidate is confident, persuasive, and experienced in selling digital or publishing services to local and international clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls, chats, and emails for eBook services
- Understand client goals and recommend suitable eBook packages
- Pitch services such as eBook writing, editing, proofreading, formatting, cover design, publishing, and marketing
- Close sales and meet daily, weekly, and monthly targets
- Follow up with leads to increase conversion rates
- Maintain accurate records of leads, deals, and follow-ups in CRM systems
- Coordinate with writers, designers, and publishing teams for smooth project handover
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Front Sales / Call Center Sales Agent
- Strong English communication and negotiation skills
- Experience selling eBook, publishing, or digital services (preferred)
- Ability to handle objections and close deals confidently
- Target-driven with a positive sales mindset
- Basic computer and CRM knowledge
Preferred (Bonus Skills)
- Experience with Amazon KDP or self-publishing services
- International sales experience (US / UK / AU)
- Upselling and cross-selling skills
