Account Manager / Up-Seller (Web Design)
Job Overview
We are looking for an Account Manager / Up-Seller to manage existing web design clients and maximize revenue through upselling and cross-selling additional web-related services. The ideal candidate excels at relationship management, understands web solutions, and can confidently recommend upgrades that add real value for clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and nurture existing web design client accounts
- Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell web services such as redesigns, eCommerce features, SEO, maintenance, hosting, and performance optimization
- Act as the main point of contact between clients and internal teams
- Understand client goals and propose value-driven web solutions
- Ensure timely project delivery and client satisfaction
- Maintain accurate client records, upsell history, and follow-ups in CRM
- Achieve monthly revenue and upsell targets
- Handle client concerns and retain long-term relationships
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Proven experience as an Account Manager, Up-Seller, or Sales Executive
- Strong English communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Hands-on experience selling web design or digital services
- Understanding of website development processes
- Strong persuasion and objection-handling skills
- Organized, target-oriented, and client-focused
Preferred (Bonus Skills)
- Knowledge of WordPress, Shopify, custom web solutions
- Experience with SEO, PPC, website maintenance, or CRO services
- Experience with international clients (US / UK / AU)
