Account Manager / Up-Seller (Web Design)

Job Overview

We are looking for an Account Manager / Up-Seller to manage existing web design clients and maximize revenue through upselling and cross-selling additional web-related services. The ideal candidate excels at relationship management, understands web solutions, and can confidently recommend upgrades that add real value for clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and nurture existing web design client accounts
  • Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell web services such as redesigns, eCommerce features, SEO, maintenance, hosting, and performance optimization
  • Act as the main point of contact between clients and internal teams
  • Understand client goals and propose value-driven web solutions
  • Ensure timely project delivery and client satisfaction
  • Maintain accurate client records, upsell history, and follow-ups in CRM
  • Achieve monthly revenue and upsell targets
  • Handle client concerns and retain long-term relationships

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Proven experience as an Account Manager, Up-Seller, or Sales Executive
  • Strong English communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Hands-on experience selling web design or digital services
  • Understanding of website development processes
  • Strong persuasion and objection-handling skills
  • Organized, target-oriented, and client-focused

Preferred (Bonus Skills)

  • Knowledge of WordPress, Shopify, custom web solutions
  • Experience with SEO, PPC, website maintenance, or CRO services
  • Experience with international clients (US / UK / AU)
